Tim Kwan

Tim Kwan is a Manager with Manatt Health Solutions. Mr. Kwan is focused on enabling healthcare organizations achieve clinical excellence and transformation through health information technology. He has over ten years of experience in healthcare information technology, including systems design and implementation, product management, clinical outcomes measurement, information exchange and process reengineering.

Prior to joining Manatt Health Solutions, Mr. Kwan was a consultant at Object Health, a management consulting group that merged with Manatt Health Solutions. With Object Health, he helped clients design, develop or select and implement electronic health record strategies, RHIO technology and business models, community-wide quality measurement data gathering and comparison approaches, chronic condition and preventive programs in a community health setting and clinical information systems to support medical home and other quality initiatives.

Before Object Health, Mr. Kwan worked at CareScience as the manager of data management, helping healthcare delivery systems achieve their strategic quality goals through clinical outcomes measurement. While with CareScience, he also worked on the Santa Barbara County Care Data Exchange project, where he directly managed the deployment and implementation of interfaces between data providers and the centralized data locator architecture. Along with community health information technology experience, Mr. Kwan began his career as a healthcare consultant helping large healthcare delivery networks implement enterprise resource planning systems and providing strategic business advisory services in the mergers and acquisition practice of Ernst & Young consulting.
