BHIX Patient Self-Management Service provides New Yorkers with greater access to and control over their personal health information and a connection with their clinicians to enhance communication.

Personal Health Records:

BHIX facilitates the active engagement of New Yorkers by partnering with personal health record (PHR) vendors to provide them with access to their own health care information. Appropriate BHIX community-wide data is auto-populated and patients are encouraged to input additional information.
